These terms explain how registered business customers may use the NextGen Auto platform for B2B vehicle sourcing, account access, and enquiry handling.
The platform is provided exclusively to registered businesses. By creating an account, submitting an enquiry, or using the inventory pages, you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a company and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Access is limited to dealers, leasing companies, fleet operators, wholesalers, and other professional vehicle traders. We may request company documentation, VAT details, or proof of business status before activating an account.
You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for ensuring that all submitted details remain up to date. You must not share accounts outside your organization or use the platform for consumer retail activity.
Listings, inspection summaries, mileage figures, damage notes, and pricing are provided for information only and may change without notice. While we aim for accuracy, final vehicle data is confirmed at the point of sale or handover.
Any binding purchase terms, payment deadlines, transport arrangements, and export documentation are confirmed separately for each transaction. Where applicable, local VAT, fees, and shipping costs are stated in the deal documents.
We are not liable for losses caused by incorrect customer data, misuse of the platform, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
These terms are governed by Romanian law unless a different written agreement applies to a specific transaction. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts in Bucharest, Romania, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
